The Founders of Unlimiting

Some problems require a unique combination of expertise to solve. When both leaders and organizations are held back by limiting beliefs, you need more than just business strategy or psychology alone. You need both, working in harmony to transform both vision and execution.

Howard Mann

Co-Founder & Chief Unlimiting Officer

For over 35 years, Howard has been in the trenches of business—owning, running, turning around, and advising companies across nearly every industry imaginable. He built and sold a $150M international logistics company, then spent the next 25+ years coaching, restructuring, and revitalizing businesses in every shape and size—from high-growth startups to legacy companies in crisis.

As a turnaround expert, strategist, and coach, Howard has worked alongside CEOs, founders, and leadership teams facing their most pivotal moments. He’s also the author of two acclaimed books and a global speaker, sharing lessons with entrepreneur groups around the world.

His superpower? Seeing the highest potential in others—long before they see it themselves. Whether it’s a CEO dreaming too small, a leadership team stuck in self-doubt, or a company culture resigned to “how things have always been,” Howard holds a vision for them until they can step into it.

Through decades of guiding businesses, he uncovered a powerful truth: strategy alone doesn’t fix a struggling company—because people don’t grow by being pushed. He saw firsthand how CEOs set ambitious goals, only to hit a wall when their teams couldn’t see how to grow into the vision. No strategy, no framework, no amount of leadership pressure could override the invisible limits people placed on themselves.

This realization led to Unlimiting Co.—a radical new approach that breaks those limits at every level of a company, unlocking exponential growth that feels natural, not forced.

Nancy Schandler Karan

Co-Founder & Chief Transformation Officer

For over 30 years, Nancy has dedicated her career to helping indivduals break through the personal barriers that hold them back. As a licensed psychotherapist, she has guided thousands of individuals through the deeply ingrained fears, destructive patterns, and limiting beliefs that quietly shape their lives, relationships, and careers.

Her work has uncovered a powerful truth: most people aren’t limited by their abilities—they’re limited by their beliefs about what’s possible. These hidden mental roadblocks dictate how they show up in the world, how they handle challenges, and ultimately, how much they achieve.

In working with individuals at all stages of life, Nancy saw firsthand how deeply self-doubt, past experiences, and fear of failure impact not only personal happiness but also professional potential. The same patterns that keep someone stuck in their personal life show up in their careers, leadership, and company culture.

This realization led her to co-found Unlimiting Co.—a radical departure from traditional business coaching and leadership training. Where most business frameworks focus on systems and strategy, Nancy brings something rarely addressed in corporate growth: the human mind itself.

At Unlimiting Co., Nancy helps leaders and teams uncover, confront, and rewrite the limiting beliefs that have shaped their organizations for years. She applies the same transformational psychology that has helped individuals heal and grow to entire businesses—unlocking potential at every level and creating companies where people thrive, not just work.

Her expertise doesn’t just make businesses more successful—it makes them better places for people to reach their fullest potential.

Stronger Together

By combining Howard’s business transformation expertise with Nancy’s psychological insights, we’ve created something unique: a methodology that transforms leaders’ visions—and their organizations’ ability to achieve them.
